Data pipelines and analytics on Google Cloud for Nemcon

The challenge

Financial planning depended on data spread across several sources. Consolidating it by hand was slow and made it hard to trust the numbers behind each decision.

What we built

On Google Cloud we designed an elastic data platform that grows with demand.

• Data pipelines that collect and validate information from each source on a schedule.
• A data lake that keeps historical data in one place, ready for analysis.
• Analytics dashboards that give the planning team a shared, up-to-date view.

How we worked

We started by mapping the sources and the decisions each report had to support, then built the platform in stages so the team could use each part as soon as it was ready.
